The TrustedPulse name, logo, Platform, source code, algorithms, interfaces, databases, widgets and all associated documentation are the exclusive property of Nova Impact Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited and may constitute infringement. Reviews remain the property of their authors, who grant TrustedPulse the licence described in the Terms of Use.

4. Reporting illegal content

In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) and applicable hosting-liability rules, any person may notify TrustedPulse of content they consider illegal by writing to [email protected], including: the location of the content (URL), the reasons why it is considered illegal, and the notifier’s contact details. The moderation process is described in the Transparency Charter.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. TrustedPulse exercises no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or privacy practices. Reviews published on the Platform reflect only the personal opinion of their authors.

6. Governing law

This website and this notice are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory provisions applicable in the user’s country of residence. Applicable dispute-resolution rules are set out in the Terms of Use and the Business Terms of Service.
